No students match that.
Record a payment
Money in, written down.
Log what a family has just paid — and a discount or an additional payment too, if there's one of those as well. The balance updates straight away, and you can print a receipt from the payment log.
Payment
Discount
Paid early, a hardship case — anything knocked off the term fee just this once.
Additional payment
Registration, or any other money paid outside the usual fee — this counts toward what they've paid, same as any other payment.
Students
Everyone on the roll.
Add a child once, and they carry through every term.
New students are added in the Students app (Jotter start page), so every app gets them at once. Use Edit on a student below to mark them as not paying fees or add a fee note.

Fee schedule
What each grade pays a term.
Set the fee once per grade, per term. Every student in that grade is billed this amount.
Fees
| Grade | Term 1 | Term 2 | Term 3 | Students |
|---|
Changes save as you type. Editing a fee re-bills every student in that grade for that term — payments already recorded are untouched. For a class with age ranges (use "+ Age range"), a child is billed the range their age falls in on the first day of the term, from 2026/27, and it holds for the whole term; a child with no date of birth is billed the class fee on the class row.
Add a grade
Only if you run a grade that isn’t listed above.

Everything lives in this browser on this computer — nothing is sent anywhere. Download a backup regularly, and keep it somewhere safe.

Restore
Load a backup file. This replaces everything currently in the tracker, so download a fresh backup first if you are unsure.
Start over
Wipe every student, payment and charge from this browser. There is no undo.
Tip: this file is self-contained — copy fee-tracker.html onto a USB stick or another computer and it runs there too. With Online backup on (the default for a fresh copy), it connects and shows the exact same records automatically — nothing to transfer. Only on a computer where Online backup has been deliberately turned off do the records stay local to that one browser; move those across with a backup file instead.
