Bulk import staff
An Excel file with columns, in this order: First name, Last name, Class/subject (optional), Birthday.
Each person gets a username (first name + first 3 letters of their last name) and a random temporary password (10 letters and numbers) -
they'll be made to set their own password the first time they sign in. Nobody gets access to any tool until you grant it afterward.

Refresh everyone
Makes every open phone and computer reload within about a minute and pull fresh data from the database, so everyone sees the same thing. Anyone with unsaved work is asked to refresh when they finish.
Emails
When this is off, no email is sent from anywhere (receipts, report codes, invitations, address confirmations) and every email button is greyed out.
